More information about all the Concert Series Models:

Coe Percussion offers complete custom built marimbas designed to meet each individual's needs.  Sizes range from Four and One Third (low A)  to full Five octave instruments.  Instruments can be built to your height requirement or can be height adjustable with our exclusive hydraulic system.  All tone bars on our concert instruments are hand selected Honduras Rosewood.  Bars are "triple tuned" and are of the finest quality.  Each bar is painstakingly  hand crafted for an extremely smooth surface with rounded edges.  Rounded edges and a smooth playing surface prolong the life of the yarn mallets used in playing the instrument.   Each bar is carefully selected based upon grain structure of the wood, color, and most importantly ring-time and tone.  Bars are finished in multiple coats of a special tung oil that does not hinder the resonance of the bar, while at the same time protecting the bar from all of the elements.  We take great care in finishing all of our tone bars so they are both beautiful and durable.  Aluminum resonators in your choice of color are also available on all concert model instruments.  Please email us or call for pricing information on all of our instruments.
